Global Medical Concierge Expert Program

Dr. Ki-Yeol Yang, the chief director of Trinity Women’s Clinic,
recently completed the Global Medical Concierge Expert Program
offered by the Department of Global Service at Sookmyung Women’s University.

This program is designed to deepen understanding of global patient attraction and medical tourism services,
while cultivating international-level communication skills in healthcare
and enhancing patient-centered medical service quality.

Through this achievement, Trinity Women’s Clinic has laid the groundwork
to provide more structured and trustworthy medical services,
not only to domestic patients but also to international patients.
